 Policies & Reminders

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice or you are a No-Show, you will be charged 50% of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Out of respect and consideration to your esthetician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you are 15 minutes late, you are considered a no-show and will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. If you know you will be late or need other accommodations, please reach out as soon as possible!

Skin care and other esthetic services are not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illnesses. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.   

For the safety of our clients and small lobby, we DO NOT allow any "GUESTS" to accompany scheduled appointments. Doors will remain locked for client privacy during treatments and services.
